Mentoring

When you join Harvey | Harvey-Cleary, you’ll be paired with a mentor whose job is to help you launch your new career in style.

You’ll meet with your mentor (at least) once a month for (at least) your first year—but they’re always on standby to answer your questions and introduce you to the right resources. As a long-time member of our team, your mentor will introduce you to our company’s structure, operations, and vision.
