Marketing Manager

The marketing manager works as part of a team, leads local proposal and event efforts, manages a marketing assistant and contributes to the growth of the firm.

Desired Location:

Austin, Texas

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete management and development including copy, graphic design, layout and production of brochures, qualifications, proposals and interview material
  • Create and update marketing collateral and templates
  • Manage marketing assistant’s workload, responsibilities and career growth
  • Assist in the maintenance of the marketing CRM (Cosential)
  • Assist in the maintenance of the website
  • Assist in the firm’s social media and PR communications
  • Manage or assist with event planning for office-wide and small group events
  • Implement overall company and brand standards
  • Provide consistent and positive customer service
  • Turn strategic ideas and concepts into visual and written terms
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Position Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4-8 years of relevant marketing experience; knowledge of A/E/C industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency; especially Creative Cloud, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • CRM/Database experience (Cosential knowledge a plus)
