HP Houston Awarded LEED v4 Gold Certification

Congratulations to our HP Houston project team on being awarded LEED v4 Gold certification! This project is the first LEED v4 Gold project in Houston and one of only five LEED v4 certified interiors in Texas. From carbon dioxide monitors in conference rooms that trigger a release of fresh air when the room gets too stuffy, to lighting systems that enhance alertness in employees, the 380,000 SF campus was designed by PDR with nature and employee wellness in mind.
