The project includes four levels of structural above ground parking, a fitness room, and retail space. The structure is a post tension parking deck and steel beam reinforced tower. The skin is composed of precast concrete panels, aluminum, glass curtainwalls, windows and a bris ole at the fourth floor garage. Other components of the building include: two hydraulic elevators providing transportation from the 1st level to the 4th level and six traction elevators moving between the 1st level and the 14th level. The lobby and restroom space features numerous premium grade finishes.
