8770 New Trails is a ground-up, four-story office building in The Woodlands, TX. The 184,500 SF office building consists of a painted concrete tiltwall panel facade with punched openings for glass entry/egress doors and the window system. The build-out is fitted with all core systems including restrooms, elevators, three sets of primary egress stairs, typical shell finishes and a TPO roofing system. The 700,000 SF of site development consists of all new utilities, landscaping and reforestation, 1,260 parking spots, and a parking structure.
The project includes a 2-story precast parking structure.
