The New Trails Office Building is a 100,000 SF, four-level steel structure, shell and core office building. The building exterior is brick and cast stone masonry with stucco plaster at the fourth level. The building entry features a brick porte-cochere with standing seam metal roofing. The mechanical equipment on the roof is concealed behind a pre-finished architectural metal screen.
