High-end law firm build-out of approximately 50,000 SF on the 5th and partial 4th floors at 20th and M Streets, NW. Interconnecting stair between floors, glass front offices and conference rooms, with LED linear and recessed fixtures throughout. Porcelain tile reception flooring with custom millwork veneer panels and lacquer finished walls and ceiling panels. Designed spaces include a new café, library, multiple high end conference rooms with teleconferencing infrastructure, LAN room and a large multi-purpose conference room with glass telescoping wall that open onto views of 20th Street, NW.
