This 225,000 SF, nine-level interior build-out of a high-end energy firm was completed in the Hines owned and operated 717 Texas tower in Downtown Houston. The lobbies feature drywall ceilings, highly figured anigre architectural wood panels with stainless steel trims, limestone floors combining beige and blue-gray Jura-stone, structural glass and sidelites. The executive floor features limestone floors, millwork walls panels, glass office entries, and fabric panels. The data center includes a raised access flooring system, 125kVA power distribution units, 20- and 15-ton CRAHU's, 300kVA UPS and ATS.
