Callis Road Industrial Park

Callis Road Industrial Park is a 35-acre site with three 100,000 SF buildings and a 75,000 SF building. The site work consists of rock cuts up to 40 feet and fills up to 27 feet to allow for balanced material onsite. The buildings are semi-heated with 30-foot and 28-foot clear heights.
