The CenterPoint Energy Navigation Center is a 123,000 SF, two-level tiltwall structure. This project was completed in 9½ months. The main function of this building is to support CenterPoint Energy's gas operations. Level One includes offices, gas meter shop, high-pile storage warehouse, fabrication shop, and various storage and work areas. Level Two includes office space and shell space for future build-out.
