This build-out includes 88,000 SF of multi-purpose rooms, an auditorium, and a fitness center with associated showers, restrooms and locker rooms. The finishes include premium millwork, fabric paneling, cantilevered stone tops, glass tile walls, glass doors, custom door frames, and premium millwork credenzas and paneling.
