COP Bartlesville Refresh Project
A phase 389,250 SF remodel project in the occupied Plaza Office Building for ConocoPhillips located in downtown Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The project started with the demolition of the existing furniture and workstations. The project build-out includes new carpet, paint, a new Wireless Access Point System, an ancillary furniture package installation, a refresh of the concrete walkway, and two floors at the Information Center Building.
