The initial project will include the build-out of the Mobile Workforce which is 13,762 square feet on the 9th level for immediate occupancy. The remainder of the tenant build-out will be released at the end of February for construction. Project scope includes architectural millwork, DFH, interior glazing, drywall, ACT, ceramic tile, carpet, paint, wall covering, demountable glass partitions, lockers, operable partitions, projection screens, appliances, marker board partitions, resin panels, sprinkler modifications, mechanical and plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, low voltage, and security.
