The construction of a two-story steel-framed building with a footprint of 10,900 SF. The building’s façade features a combination of composite metal panels, curtain walls, and brick, providing both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. This project also features a detention pond with a capacity of 32,750 cubic feet, which is essential for effective stormwater management and environmental compliance.

The interior finishes comprise various materials, including carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), ceramic tile, polished concrete floors, paint, laminate-clad wall panels, storefront glass, and acoustic ceiling tiles (ACT), which collectively create a welcoming and functional environment. Notable design elements include operable partitions that allow for flexible space utilization, polished concrete floors that enhance the modern aesthetic, and glass donor walls that serve as inspirational displays.
