DLA Piper

The DLA Piper project is an 18,000 SF first-generation interior build-out for a law firm in the new Texas Tower in downtown Houston. We achieved the Owner's unique vision for flexibility by utilizing telescoping demountable walls, Skyfold partitions, and accordion glass walls in their breakroom, conference rooms, and reception area allowing the space to open for larger gatherings. The space sits on raised access flooring and employed premium IOC demountable office fronts. Other unique features of the project include a foliage wall, planters, a metal wall, ceiling panels, and millwork integrated air diffusion. The project team overcame a barrage of supply chain issues and delivered the project on time and within budget.
