19,200 SF, tenant interior finish-out that included a two-story, 13-foot custom red spiral slide
This 19,200 SF, tenant interior finish-out included running ductwork from existing FCU’s, new primary electrical feeds and relocation of sprinkler heads. The shell construction was on-going through the tenant finish-out which required extra coordination of subcontractors and deliveries. The key architectural elements include LED lighting throughout open offices and on the first floor, wood paneling at the entry lobby, a two-story, 13-foot custom red spiral slide, frameless glass entry doors and wall, sealing of existing concrete floors, and a lounge encased in reclaimed wood.
