The building is located in the Columbia Gateway Office Park on a 16-acre site. LEED® Gold rating includes 75% waste management recycle/disposal, run-off cistern for irrigation, low VOCs, Dolphin water treatment system, certified wood, regional materials and water efficient landscaping.
