This fast-paced project included a complete demolish of the existing office space, leveling of the floors, installation of glass office fronts and porcelain tile. The space was carefully surveyed to accommodate the installation of the high-end finishes.

One of the unique features of this project included an internal stair connecting the two floors. This involved a saw cut of the 5th floor slab and install of the steel stair stringers by bringing them in via a crane through one of the windows. The stair has porcelain tile treads, with stainless hand rails, and glass balustrades. The project also included lacquer feature walls with linear light fixtures in the wall wrapping around the wall 90 degrees. Another unique feature is the exposed ceilings in the Open Work Areas. The ceiling slab had to be sprayed above ceiling equipment to blend together.
