Frontera Vista consists of two, five-level office buildings approximately 270,000 SF and an adjacent 350,000 SF precast concrete parking garage. The buildings are steel construction with precast concrete, zinc panel and glass façade. The zinc panels cover one face of each building and then wrap the eyebrow of the building on the other three sides. The zinc was manufactured in France by VM Zinc and shipped to the United States where it was cut and formed to specific sizes before being sent to the job for installation. Both buildings are shell office space with main lobby and restroom finishes only. Lobby finishes consist of flamed Impala Black Granite flooring with Calacatta Marble inlays. Lobby walls are a mix of smooth and rough limestone, alongside quarter figured Black American Walnut wall panels. Restroom finishes consist of black porcelain tile flooring with grey subway tile on the walls and polished Black Impala Granite counters with stainless steel sinks. The HVAC system is a chilled water system with a cooling tower on the roof, one air handler on each floor and an air recovery unit on the roof.
