The project consists of steel and masonry construction with brick, curtainwall, and metal panel skin. Interior construction includes fine millwork, a terrazzo floor lobby, stretched fabric wall systems, acoustical wall panels, floating floor systems, three clerestory performance rooms, intricate audio/visual package and miscellaneous specialties and furnishings. The building was constructed on a combination of helical driven pier and geo-pier foundation systems.
