Gunvor USA consisted of the demolition and remodel of existing space on a multi-tenant floor with tenants above and below. This was a high-end, fast-paced project completed in 13 weeks, including demolition. Harvey was brought in early to assist in establishing the budget and identify long-lead items to begin early procurement. Our scope of work also included Voice & Data, Security and Audio Visual.
