HelioVolt is a 122,000 SF headquarters facility that includes 30,000 SF of administrative and engineering offices including showroom, training, meeting and lunchrooms. The manufacturing area includes chemical storage, assembly, mechanical mezzanines, high-bay storage and loading docks. The HVAC system includes two, 800-ton chillers and the electrical system includes three, 3,000-amp services providing redundancy.
