547,000 SF first generation interior build out of an 18 floor building
This project is a 29,000 SF upscale market designed in the New York 'OPEN' concept with no ceilings and stained concrete flooring, as well as the use of the exposed deck with drop pendant and track light fixtures. Over 110-tons of HVAC was utilized in order to maintain the feel that the Owner wanted for his new establishment. The coolers are a separate cooling system. A 'One-of-a-Kind,' Viking Cooking School inside the Market showcases stainless clad millwork and granite tops with of the latest Viking Appliances. Also attached to this Market is a 2,500 SF Bistro Restaurant and Bar with a touch of elegant finishes such as wood floors with zebra wood wall panels. The private dining areas can be divided by glass folding insulated walls for privacy. An exterior patio is located outside with a water and fire feature and stamped colored concrete.
