Insperity Centre V is the new construction of a 10-story build to suit office building totalling 272,100 SF. Approximately half of the building skin was curtain wall, the other half was brick masonry and ribbon windows. The project included a dedicated central plant area. There is an adjacent 6-story, 330,192 SF precast parking garage.
