Lakeview Health Woodlands Outpatient project provides tenant improvement services to 10,726 SF of existing tenant space. Lakeview Health provides luxury outpatient addiction treatment and recovery services by providing individual, family, and group counseling. The improvement includes a staff area consisting of 11 offices, a staff break room, a conference room, a specimen room, and a back-of-house serving kitchen. The center provides day and night treatment for patients, including seven group therapy rooms, an art therapy space, a day room, a psychotherapy classroom, and a library. Additionally, there is a serving room where food is catered to daily, opening into a large dining room. The finishes are bright and welcoming, and numerous ceiling features are wrapped with wood wall covering to bring nature into the center.
