Located in the Marathon Oil Tower, this 10,125 SF facility is a high-end health and fitness club. Built on an accelerated schedule, it was difficult to achieve the level of quality required for such a prestigious facility, but nonetheless, we did. The features include 7,000 SF of raised access flooring, locker rooms, custom back-painted glass, tile from Italy, and aerobic room, spin room, wood plank ceilings, acoustic ceilings, newmat stretched ceilings, nysan window shades, curved linear air slots and premium millwork throughout.
