This project was a first-generation build-out and remodel of Level 16 and 17 in the Amegy Bank building. The build-out on Level 17 includes a reception area, multiple occupancy offices, an executive office, and a large break room area. The office remodel on Level 16 includes a new multi-tenant corridor. Both levels were constructed on raised access floors for underfloor air system.
