This project included the demolition of the existing 9,005 SF library down to the structure and three separate additions totaling 7,658 SF for a total renovation of 16,663 SF. The structure is steel with both a TPO single-ply membrane roof and standing seam metal roof. The skin consists of masonry, storefront, curtain wall, metal wall panels, and channel glass assembly. The interior renovations include all new MEP systems and interior finishes.
