This 87,700 SF renovation project included a data center in the concourse, call center on the second floor and an executive floor on level ten. The data center work included an intense MEP rework of the existing systems including tying into an existing generator for back-up power, providing an FM150 system in lieu of the existing wet fire suppression system, and reworking the existing raised access floor. The second floor was an 80 percent open concept floor plan with private offices wrapping the east and west ends with conference rooms along the core. One end of this 65,000 square foot floor on level two required reworking the chilled water loop to provide 24/7 air. The executive floor boasts premium broadloom carpet, veneer paneling, crown molding, wood base, fabric wallcoverings, electric mechoshades and high-end tile flooring.
