Murphy Oil is a 181,000 SF interior build-out of eight new floors in the 9805 Katy Freeway Office Building. This project was completed in just 16 weeks and includes high-end finishes throughout the elevator lobbies, demountable office fronts on all floors, an executive board room, a data center, Skyfold® partitions, and locker rooms.
