The Nassau Bay City Hall and Conference Center is a two-story, tiltwall office building and conference center. The first level includes nine conference rooms that are leased by NASA. The second level contains the Nassau Bay City Hall. The Council Chamber of City Hall features a raised platform and podium with millwork and integrated screens/electronics. The Nassau Bay Police Department features an Interrogation Room and Evidence Lock-Up that were constructed with steel mesh in the walls for security. The existing parking lot was overlaid with asphalt for a cost-effective lift.
