One and Two Hughes Landing are each 205,000 SF, eight-story office buildings. The buildings are steel structures with architectural precast and pre-glazed ribbon windows. High-end lobby finishes include floor and wall stone from Turkey. These buildings offer more than 400,000 square feet of office space to multiple tenants and meet LEED Silver requirements. The campus also includes a 198,517 SF parking garage.
