Pirkey Barber

Pirkey Barber law firm is a Class A office build-out on the 3rd floor of 1801 East 6th Street. This project was finished ahead of schedule and under budget. The lobby, breakroom and conference room were the key features of the project with high-end finishes all locally sourced. The entire office is open ceiling creating challenges with exposing MEPF while maintaining a high-end finish. We were able to accomplish this by holding all MEPF 4 inches down from the ceiling and installing the acoustical sound insulation to the bottom of the ceiling, in doing this it offered a clean and high-end finish throughout the office.
