Project Champion consists of three structures; a 12-story, 317,297 SF, Class A office building, a 13-story, 329,891 SF, Class A office building, and a 13-level, 743,969 SF parking garage. A combination of architectural precast and curtainwall compose the exteriors of these buildings with accents provided by aluminum composite 'eyebrows' and soffits. The sitework is unique in its aggressive grading structure as the East elevations of both the East Building and Parking Garage are actually cut into hillsides through use of a series of concrete retaining walls. This project is nestled within the rapidly expanding Hughes Landing Development that sits along the East side of the scenic Lake Woodlands.
