Project Hank - Interchange 249 - Macy's Build to Suit

New 909,233 SF Industrial tiltwall building (40’ Clear Height / Cross Dock ) with approximately 900,000 SF of paving and associated sitework. The project will also include the buildout of a new Macy’s distribution center, which includes high pile storage, conveying systems, and 23,000 SF of office, break rooms, restrooms, and conference space.

This is the 1st building of a 240-acre multiple-building business park Interchange 249 located near the Grand Parkway and Highway 249. In addition to this project, we were recently awarded three additional speculative buildings totaling approximately 1 million SF on this site. Building 1: 98,700 SF, Building 2: 138,700 SF, and Building 6: 746,300 SF. These buildings are scheduled to break ground in July 2022.
