The University of Texas at San Antonio Research Data Center consisted of the renovation of an existing computer laboratory and converting it into offices, training computer laboratory and data center. The scope included the demolition of the ceiling, raised floor and storefront frames and glazing with the reinstallation of a new raised floor, walls, ceilings, carpet, security mesh cage and gate, HVAC chill water system, UPS system, and cable tray. This project also inlcudes the demolition and build-back of the existing restrooms.
