The facility is a build-to-suit office building and aircraft hangar with three levels above grade and 201 parking spaces. The office building portion utilized tilt-wall construction and the hangar is a prefabricated metal building. The interior components consist of office space, support space, mission-critical command facilities, data centers, berthing areas for ready crews, and amenities such as food service, fitness, and medical centers.
