USACE District Headquarters

A 180,000 SF six-story tilt-wall office building, designed with two stories of tile panels stacked on four stories of concrete panels. Notably, the exterior brick has been incorporated directly into the tilt-wall panels for a seamless finish.

The interior of the building is thoughtfully designed to accommodate high-security rooms, a gym, locker rooms with showers, nursing stations, and standard office space, ensuring it meets a variety of workplace needs.

Safety and durability are key considerations in the building’s construction, which features blast protection measures and provisions for progressive collapse. The core structure is reinforced with steel and concrete, and blast-resistant windows are installed to enhance security and resilience.
