The Village at The Triangle is a resort-style senior living facility containing 206 units. Built on the final 1.45-acre site within The Triangle mixed-use development in Central Austin, it's only three miles from downtown. The building is a seven-story structure over two levels of a parking garage. Designed in an “E” shape, it features two large elevated exterior terraces, the Garden Terrace and Water View Dining Terrace, both overlooking The Triangle pond and walking paths. Terraces feature limestone and steel planters, Ipe wood decking, and outdoor seating and dining amidst fire pits, lush landscaping, and multiple activity areas. The building’s abundance of resort-style amenities includes an indoor heated saltwater pool, fitness/aerobics center, wellness activity spaces, movie theater, arts/crafts studio, town hall, full-service salons, and a library, in addition to numerous lounges on multiple floors.
