This project included the demolition of existing structures onsite and the new construction of a 275,000 SF trophy-class office building with an additional 100,000 SF of underground parking garage. The lobby is accentuated with a structural glass curtain wall system with stone, leather wall panels and bronze ornamental finishes.
Unique design elements include an expansive, column-free lobby which is supported by a cantilevered truss system clad in high-performance glass fiber reinforced polymer panels.
The building includes a unitized curtain wall, a penthouse amenity space including nanowalls for indoor/outdoor spaces, and a state-of-the-art DOAS system.
