    Safety professionals support the site superintendent with jobsite safety analysis meetings, spot checking subcontractors, managing accidents, and site safety hazards. In addition, they conduct drug tests performed on site, set-up OSHA required signage and more.

    The field engineer reports directly to the superintendent and ensures that all necessary features of work are laid out and installed correctly.

When you join Harvey | Harvey-Cleary, you’ll be paired with a mentor whose job is to help you launch your new career in style.

You’ll meet with your mentor (at least) once a month for (at least) your first year—but they’re always on standby to answer your questions and introduce you to the right resources. As a long-time member of our team, your mentor will introduce you to our company’s structure, operations, and vision. You’ll get immediate access to everything you need to know about our innovative, ethical approach to construction and service.
