Opening Our 5th Office
After beginning projects in Colorado almost 16 years ago, we’re excited to announce that Harvey | Harvey-Cleary has recently opened a permanent office in Denver. We presently have active construction projects in 14 states, and believe that we’ve built a national reputation as an industry innovator—having constructed thousands of successful projects for clients across the country. With more than 700 employees nationwide, including carpenters, concrete masons, and steel workers, we think that we’re positioned to be a valuable resource to our customers.

Our approach to contracting emphasizes collaboration, preconstruction expertise, and our commitment to integrity. Our teams take projects from inception to completion without any intradepartmental handoffs. The folks that run your conceptual pricing and constructability studies are the same team that closes the project with you.
Our approach has proven successful across product types, including office buildings, industrial distribution & manufacturing, multi-family & senior living residential, student housing, hotel & hospitality, medical facilities, research spaces, auto dealerships, mission critical, and tenant interiors. We can support our customers in competitive bid, construction manager at risk, and design build delivery platforms
