Fulfilling Your Needs and Wants
The most successful interiors projects are true collaborations. Knowing the owner’s program requirements and budget restrictions, the design team can begin conceptual design. Here, at the project genesis, Harvey is often invited to assist architects with budget development. This early involvement allows us to ask the architect the right questions. Budget and vision are not mutually exclusive; our deep experience enables us to help the team peel back the cost drivers and allocate the budget to best fulfill needs and wants.

As a master builder, our pride comes from seeing the details come alive in completed projects. Harvey is unique among most contractors in that each of our projects has a single team committed to it for the duration. There’s no hand-off between project phases; the same group of people who start a project is committed to it through post-occupancy evaluation. Not only does this provide consistency, it also makes for greater accountability. Every member of the Harvey project team understands the vision from the outset and is responsible for delivering it. Whether the project is a quick two-month floor reconfiguration or a two-year multiphase complete build-out, Harvey dedicates an executive and team to each project and is there for the long haul.
