The Citi Group Remodel project is a four-phased remodel of two existing buildings on the Citi Group Campus in San Antonio, TX. Our team remodeled the 2nd floor of Buildings 2 & 3, each roughly 50,000 SF. The remodels consist of a total architectural and MEP demo and redo with fiesta themed finishes to represent San Antonio. The space remained occupied throughout construction, so we constructed a temporary demising wall to isolate the construction area from the employees and allow us to work during normal business hours.
