This project includes repainting brick façade of two 12-story, fully-occupied buildings, along with replacing the existing ribbon window system on all floors. This project also includes temporary covered walkways around both buildings, replacing all the existing window treatments with new Macho shades installed in a recess blind pocket, new perimeter drywall, and interior paint.
