This project consists of the construction of a new, two-level, LEED Certified medical and community outreach facility approximately 62,000 SF. The new facility acts as a regional counterpart to another Su Clinica Familiar operated facility within the Lower Rio Grande Valley and features a full-service pharmacy coupled with pediatric, dental, internal medicine, family medicine, and women's care services. Included in the project scope are provisions for medical offices, exam rooms, conference rooms and areas for social service programs.
