200 Park Place is a 15-story Class A high-rise office building located in River Oaks in Houston, TX. The project is a total of 410,000 SF comprised of 210,000 SF of office space covering eight levels and 200,000 SF of parking area that includes seven levels of above-grade parking. Included in the project are full build-outs of the tenant amenities package including a conference center and single-story green roof space on the 9th floor. The building is instantly recognizable by its 15-story gold jeweled curtainwall, which then tapers down into custom brick paver roads that are surrounded by hundred-year-old live oak trees out into one of the most prominent neighborhoods in Houston.
