The Park Place Tower team held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 15-story, 210,000-SF Class-A office building with 27,249 SF floor plates. It is located “inside the loop” at 4200 Westheimer Road and is scheduled to be completed Spring 2020.

Park Place Tower is a 15-story, 210,000 SF, Class-A office building scheduled to be complete Spring 2020.
