This project is a four-level tiltwall office building totaling 240,000 SF and a 2½-level, 300,000 SF parking garage. The skin of the building is comprised of curtainwall, painted tiltwall, stone cladding and composite metal panels. This core/shell building includes a café and lobby with Class A finishes. The project is located on the West Beltway between Kempwood Drive and Clay Road.
