Belmont Village Hunters Creek is a six-story senior living facility. The slab and grade beams were poured on top of carton forms. The building features cast stone accents, a brick façade and a pitched metal roof. Belmont Village Hunters Creek also includes a full kitchen, dining space and amenities spaces with an exterior garden and pool. This project includes 160 units and suites complete with showers, vanities, kitchenettes and bedrooms. Living units and all common spaces have an upgraded HVAC system which consists of water sourced heat pumps.
